Ingredients of Kasuri dahi paneer
- Prepare 250 gm of paneer.
- Take 2 of large onion.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger paste.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of garlic paste.
- It’s 4-5 of Green Chile paste.
- Take 1 cup of curd.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of dhaniya and jeera powder.
- You need 1/2 cup of milk.
- Take As needed of Ghee.
- Take 1tsp of Kasoori methi.
- Prepare 1tsp of Garam masala.
- You need to taste of Salt and sugar (1/2 teaspoon).
- Make ready As needed of White oil.
- It’s 1 tsp of Shahi jeera.
- You need 1 of Bay leaf.

- First cut the Paneer into cube. Take the onion boil it. Reserve the water in which boiled. Let it cool then make a paste.
- In a pan add oil when it comes to boil add the bay leaf and shahi jeera when it start crackling add the ginger garlic paste.
- Fry it the add the green Chile paste mix them well. Then add the jeera and dhaniya powder mix then well. Add little sugar. When the masala is well fried now add the boiled onion and let it mix with the other masala..
- When the masala is well cooked add a cup of beaten curd and mix it. Cover and let it cook for 2-3 mins. Add kasuri methi. When oil starts coming from the gravy add the boiled onion water and more water if required..
- When it starts boiling add the Paneer cubes and salt to taste. Now cover it and cook it for 15-20 min first 10 min in high flame then in low flame..
- Now remove the cover add milk, garam masala and more kasuri methi. Again cover and cook it for 5-8 min first in high flame then in low flame. Garnish it with green chilies and kasuri methi. Serve it with roti paratha or rice.
