Sandwitch instructions
Add little oil in a pan,add blended onion, scotch bonnet,ginger and garlic paste, stir fry.
Add in spices,seasonings and shredded chicken,mix very well and set aside.
Slice tomatoes and cucumbers,wash lettuce and set aside.
Mix mayo and black pepper,transfer to a white nylon(for drizzling).
Rub butter on non stick/grill pan and arrange bread,toast until bread is light brown.
Remove bread,drizzle mayo,add shredded chicken,line cucumber and put the lettuce,then tomato, drizzle mayo again, then cover with another toasted bread. Repeat till you are done.
