  1. Prepare 4 cups of semolina.
  2. Prepare 1 Tbs of yeast.
  3. Make ready 2 cups of buttermilk.
  4. You need 1 tsp of baking soda.
  5. Prepare 1/4 tsp of salt.
  6. Make ready 1/4 cup of sugar.
  7. Take of Oil.

  2. Pour in the buttermilk and mix properly,then add water to make a smooth batter (not too thick or watery) add up the yeast and mix well..
  3. Then cover in warm place and allow for 2hrs to ferment, then you grate onions and pour and can add water if the batter is too thick..
  4. On moderate heat pre heat your pan on a stove and grease with oil and begin pan bake. Serve with vegetable soup..
