Ingredients of Spaghetti Aglio Olio
- Take of Parsley.
- Take of Shitake Mushroom.
- Take of Shimeiji Mushroom.
- Take of Garlic.
- It’s of Chicken Sausage.
- Prepare of Linguine.
- Take of Spaghetti.
- You need of Red Chilli.
Spaghetti Aglio Olio step by step
- Boil water.Add 1 teaspoon of salt.Add 2 teaspoon of oil..
- Put 80grams of pasta,stir while boiling(7-8mins).
- Then,rinse the pasta with water,add 1 teaspoon of oil mix together,let it cool.
- Cut the mushrooms,cut the chicken sausage into slices.
- After that,juliene the red chilli,sliced half.
- Wash the parsley herb,dry the herb,sliced smoothly the herbs..
- Cut the garlic.Heat the pan,put 3 teaspoon of oil,then sautee the sausages at first, after fried put mushroom,put garlic and red chilli..
- Pour little bit of water,a pinch of salt,a pinch of sugar and black pepper..and mix together.
- Put the pasta and mix together.
- Lastly serve the Aglio Olio pasta on a plate n put parsley on the top..
