Spinach Banana Cake instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 and line cake tin.
  2. Blanch and blend spinach to smooth puree. Mash ripe banana and keep it aside.

  6. Mix batter until well combined. Pour into prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 25-35 minutes until done.Allow to cool for 30 minutes. Demould and cool completely.
  8. Dust cake with Icing sugar or Frost and serve.
