Prepare 6 cups of white rice(shinkafa tuwo).
You need 1/2 cup of Cooked rice.
It’s 3 tbs of active Yeast.
It’s to taste of Sugar.
Prepare Pinch of salt.
Prepare 1 tbs of Baking powder.

Remove the small dirt particles in the rice. Wash the rice and soak in water over night..
Drain the rice, add the cooked rice and blend to form batter.
Add sugar, yeast,baking powder and salt to the batter and stir, keep under the sun or in a warm place and allow it rise. Once it rise you will some bubbles.
Heat a non- stick frying pan on a low heat, drizzle little oil..
Pour a cup of the batter, cover it and allow it to cook.
Once it's done you will see some holes visible on the top. no need to flip.
You can serve with vegetable soup, honey, suya or any soup of your choice..
