Cashew walnut brownies step by step

  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes..
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate on a saucepan on low heat..
  3. Combine sugar all the dry ingredients together. I.e powdered sugar, refined flour (maida), baking powder, coco powder..
  4. Add the melted butter and chocolate to it along with banana/curd/ eggs (as per your choice). Beat the mixture for 5 minutes with electric beater or a hand whiskm.
  5. Add crushed walnuts and cashews to the mixture and fold it in the mixture..
  6. Transfer the batter to a greased baking dish. And bake it for 35 minutes at 180 degrees..
  7. Once it is baked it looks like this..
  8. Cool the brownie cake for about an hour in the fridge to set. You would not be able to cut the brownies in nice clean shape without allowing to cool it..
  9. After its is set you cut it into desired shape, top it with cashew and chocolate sauce..
