  1. U wash ur beef meat vry well nd put it in a pot add ur garlic,ginger nd onions cook it vry well.
  2. Wen is done u allow it to cool den pound it vry well.
  3. Den u add ur oil,onion,scotch bonnet,curry,little salt nd maggi in a frying pan nd fry.
  4. Den u add ur meat nd mix it up for lyk 30 mints.
