Ingredients of Anarsa

  1. Make ready 2 cups of rice.
  2. Make ready 2 cup of grated jaggery.
  3. It’s 3-4 tsp of milk.
  4. You need as needed of Ghee for frying.
  5. You need 5-6 tsp of seasame seeds.

  1. Wash rice two three times and soak in water overnight.In the morning strain water and wash it and sieve..Spread it in cotton cloth to little dry but it should be moist..
  2. Now grind it into a fine powder add jaggery and rub in with your palms add ghee and sprinkle milk and rub it till it forms a dough..
  3. Cover it with clean cloth for 10-15minutes and then make small balls and press it with your palms and put seasame seeds on it side..
  4. Heat ghee and fry it till golden.Take out and serve…
