Ingredients of Fasting thali
- Make ready of For Rajgiri puri.
- Take 1 cup of Rajgiri flour.
- Make ready 2 of boiled peeled grated potatoes.
- Take 1 pinch of salt.
- It’s 1 pinch of Black pepper powder.
- You need of Water to knead the dough.
- Take of Oil for frying.
- Make ready of For loki tamatar ki sabji.
- Make ready 1 bottle of guard.
- Take 2 of tomato.

- You need 1 teaspoon of Red kashmiri chilli powder.
- It’s 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of coriander chopped.

- You need 1/2 cup of soaked drained sabudana.
- You need of Dry nuts.

- Prepare 3/4 cup of sugar or as per sweetness.
- Make ready of For cucumber raita.
- Take 1 cup of curd not sour.
- Take 1/2 of cucumber peeled and finally chopped.
- You need 1 teaspoon of cumin powder.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- It’s of For sabudana tikki.
- Make ready 1 cup of sabudana washed and soaked.
- Take 2 of potatoes boiled peeled and grated.
- Take 1 tsp of black pepper powder.
- Make ready of Oil for shallow frying.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- Prepare of Fresh coriander chopped.
- It’s 1 tbsp of roasted crushed peanuts.
- Take of For potatoes tikki.
- Take 2 of boiled peeled grated potatoes.
- Prepare of Sendha namak as per taste.
- It’s of Green chilli chopped.
- You need 1 tbsp of fasting corn flour..I got it in Indian store.
- It’s of Coriander chopped.
- You need of For lassi.
- Prepare 1 cup of mild curd.
- It’s 1 cup of water.
- You need 1 tsp of Cumin powder.
- Take of Salt to taste I used sendha namak.
- Take of For veggies samo rice.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of samo rice washed and soaked fir 1/2an hour.
- Prepare of Veggies I used.
- It’s 1 of carrot peeled and chopped in cubes.
- Prepare 1/2 bottle of guard peeled and chopped.
- Make ready 2 of potatoes peeled and chopped.
- Take 1 of big Tomato chopped.
- Take 1 bunch of coriander clean wash and chopped.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- It’s 2 tsp of Red kashmiri chilli powder.
- Make ready 1 tsp of black pepper powder.
- You need 1 tsp of turmeric powder optional.
- Take 2 tbsp of oil.

Fasting thali instructions
- For sabudana kheer.
- In a heavy bottom pan add milk let it boil add all nuts and sugar.
- Add kesar add sabudana boil it again till all sugar dissolve…
- It took 5-10 minutes to get thick..but keep stirring else it will stick to pan.
- Switch off the flame let it cool keep it in fridge to chill.
- For loki tamatar ki s.
- First peeled bottle guard and chopped it in cubes.
- Chopped tomatoes.
- Heat oil in cooker add mustard seeds when it crackling.
- Add chopped bottle guard add tomatoes salt chilli powder coriander powder and fresh coriander.
- Cover the cooker give two whistles slow the flame 1 more whistle on slow flame switch off the gas..tour loki tamatar ki sabji ready.
- Sabudana tikki.
- In a bowl add Sabudana grated Potatoes black pepper powder crushed peanuts and chopped coriander sendha namak and make petty or tikki out of it.
- Heat a nonstick tawa add little oil when it hot enough put sabudana tikki and fry it till golden brown in color from both sides..serve hot…
- Rajgiri puri.
- In a bowl add Rajgiri flour salt black pepper powder grated potatoes add water slowly as needed to knead the dough…
- Heat oil.. divide the dough in equal balls..roll puri balls with rolling pin and fry it on medium flame till brown in color from both..your Rajgiri puri are ready.
- For cucumber raita add curd chopped coriander chopped cucumber salt black pepper powder and cumin powder mix well.keep it in fridge to chill.. cucumber raita is ready.
- For lassi.
- Add water curd cumin powder salt and chopped mint together blend it.
- Add crushed ice and serve chilled.
- For veggies samo rice.
- In a pan add oil when it is hot enough.
- Add cumin seeds mustard seeds.
- Add veggies of your choice I added chopped potatoes bottle guard carrot and mix well add spices like chilli powder sendha namak turmeric powder black pepper powder and mix well..
- Add water as needed when it cooked and veggies become tender add tomato and chopped coriander.. adjust spices as per your taste.. tadaaaa your veggies samo rice ready…
- Add soaked drained samo rice and mix well add.
