  6. It’s 3 of garlic cloves.
  7. You need 2 of spring onions (chopped).

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes, and dice them..
  2. Fry the potato diced until its soft., mash it well..
  3. Fry the onion or shallots and garlics half done, mash them..
