  5. It’s to taste of Salt.
  6. You need 2 tsp of oil.
  7. It’s 1 of big onion sliced.
  8. Take 1 of tomato finely chopped.
  9. You need 1 tsp of chilli sauce.

  1. In a kadai take oil. Add sliced onion and saute to 2 mins. Add all veggies and chopped tomato and saute on high flame for 5 mins. Add tomato ketchup, chilli sauce and schezwan sauce and add salt and let all veggies cook for 2 mins. Add cooked rice and mix everything well. Serve hot..
