Ingredients of Masala Rice
- It’s 1 glass of rice.
- It’s 1 of large chopped onion.
- Take 1 of grated tomato.
- Prepare 1 of chopped capsicum.
- It’s 1 of potato.
- Take 1/2 tsp of black pepper.
- Make ready 1 tsp of kitchen king masala.
- Take 1 tsp of vinegar.
- Take 3 (4 tsp) of ketchup.
- Prepare as needed of Salt.
- Take 4 tsp of vegetable oil.
- It’s 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
Masala Rice instructions
- Boil water with salt and 1 tsp oil add rice untill rice cooked properly with potato and capsicum.
- Now heat oil in kadhai now add chopped onion amd ginger garlic paste..
- Now add tomato puree cook for 1 min on low flame..
- Now add ketchup and vinegar..
- Add all masala kitchen king, black pepper, salt, now add boiled rice with vegetable..
- Cook for 4 minutes on low flame..
- Masala rice ready eat with curd..
