- You need 1 cup of -Mix Dal(tooar, chana, urad).
- It’s 1/2 cup of tomato.
- Prepare 1 of onion.
- Take 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- You need 1 tbsp of Coriander Powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of Red Chilli Powder.
- It’s 1 tbsp of Turmeric Powder.
- It’s 1 tbsp of Cumin seed.
- You need 1 tbsp of Mustard seed.
- Make ready 2 tbsp of Tamarind Paste.
- You need 3 tsp of Oil.
- Take to taste of Salt.
#Mixed Dal-Chawal step by step
- Wash dal and boil the dal..
- In a pan heat the oil, add mustard seed, cumin seed, and onion. Fry till golden brown..
- Now add chopped tomato, mix well.
- Now add all spices. Mix well..
- As all spices cook, add dal.
- Mix it well. Cook for 5-6 min..
- Add tamarind paste mix well,. Dal is ready..
- Wash the rice, and cook it in a pan..
- After 10 - 15 min, rice is cooked, remove in a sieve. Now rice is also ready..
- Now dal rice are ready to eat..
