  6. You need 1 tbsp of Coriander Powder.
  7. You need 1 tbsp of Red Chilli Powder.
  8. It’s 1 tbsp of Turmeric Powder.
  9. It’s 1 tbsp of Cumin seed.
  10. You need 1 tbsp of Mustard seed.
  11. Make ready 2 tbsp of Tamarind Paste.
  12. You need 3 tsp of Oil.
  13. Take to taste of Salt.

#Mixed Dal-Chawal step by step

  1. Wash dal and boil the dal..
  2. In a pan heat the oil, add mustard seed, cumin seed, and onion. Fry till golden brown..
  3. Now add chopped tomato, mix well.
  4. Now add all spices. Mix well..
  5. As all spices cook, add dal.
  6. Mix it well. Cook for 5-6 min..
  7. Add tamarind paste mix well,. Dal is ready..
  8. Wash the rice, and cook it in a pan..
  9. After 10 - 15 min, rice is cooked, remove in a sieve. Now rice is also ready..
  10. Now dal rice are ready to eat..
