Place it on a greased baking sheet/tray..

  1. Score the top of the dough into 8 wedges with the tip of a sharp knife. Do not cut completely through the dough. Sprinkle with additional Cheese if desired..
  2. Bake 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. It it doesn’t come out clean, then put it back in the switched off oven for 5 more minutes..
  3. Cool on baking tray on wire rack for 10 minutes.
