  1. Make ready 1/2 litre of milk.
  2. Make ready 1 pinch of citric acid.
  3. Prepare 3 of apples.
  4. Prepare 5 tbsp of icing sugar.
  5. You need 4 tbsp of milk powder.
  6. Take 1 tsp of elaichi powder.
  7. You need 1 tbsp of ghee.
  8. Prepare 1 pinch of red food colour mixed in 4-5 drops of water.

Apple Paneer Peda instructions

  1. Firstly keep the milk for boiling once it boiled add 1/2 cup water off the flame and then add citric acid mix it well till you get cottage cheese and the whey and cheese are seperated..
  2. Now strain it in a muslin cloth to drain out the whey. Transfer the cheese into a plate and keep aside..
  3. Now wash and peel the apples and grate it..
  4. Now heat ghee in a non-stick pan and then add the grated apples. and saute it nicely on low flame till all the moisture evaporates..
  5. Now add milk powder and stir it well make sure that there are no lumps of milk powder..
  6. Saute for 2-3 mins then paneer (cottage cheese) to it and saute it on low flame stirring continuously..
  7. Keep scrapings the sides for a good texture and taste..
  8. Cook till paneer get well combined with apple and the mixture starts leaving sides and the consistency is bit thick..
  9. Now add the icing sugar and cook till everything gets well combined and the mixture again starts leaving sides and it turns into a soft dough type..
  10. Now the elaichi powder mix it well and off the flame. Transfer the mixture into a plate and let it cool for few mins..
  11. Now just knead it slightly to make it even. Now take a small lemon size portion and roll it between your palm to give a round shape..
  12. In this way prepare all the balls. Now take a paint brush and starts painting the balls from up keep aside for 3-4 till they dry..
  13. Now insert a clove in center of each ball and press it stightly to get apple shape..
