  1. Sieve baking powder, flour, cocoa powder and salt in a bowl.
  2. Mix well and keep it aside.
  3. In a bowl whisk butter and sugar for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add eggs, 1 at a time and whisk until frothy.
  5. Add milk and vanilla extract, whisk well.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients and whisk untill well combined.
  7. Batter is ready.
  8. Grease loaf pan and dust with flour.
