- Take 10-12 of Garlic cloves.
- Take 2 tsp of ginger.
- Make ready to taste of Salt and red chilli powder.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Take 1 tsp of garam masala.
- It’s as needed of Oil/Sarso ka oil.

- Marinate Fish, wash and put little haldi and Red chilli powder, Salt for 10/15minutes.In a big Kadai put Oil, when heating put Fish pieces both sides and keep aside.In the same Kadai roast coconut and keep aside. In the Kadai put Oil when heating put chopped Onions fry till brown in colour add ginger garlic pieces, chopped tomatoes and saute for few minutes.after cooling these mixture, blend it..

- In the same Kadai put Oil when heating put 1tsp mustard seeds when crackles put few curry patta,add mixture/ onions tomatoes paste,stirr and put coconut grated, put fish (fried) pieces,add all Spices, Salt as required.
