- It’s of Onion - 1Big(Roughly Chopped).
- It’s of Tomato - 1Big (Roughly Chopped).

- Take 3 pods of Garlic -.
- Take 2 tbsp of Coriander seeds -.

- Make ready 1 tsp of Mustard seeds -.

- Add in the grounded masala paste, tamarind water, 2tbsp red chilli powder, salt and enough water for the curry. Cover the kadai and let it boil..
- Once it states boiling, add in the fried fish pieces. mix gently, cover and cook for 10 minutes in low flame or till oil separates..
- Finally add some curry leaves..
