- Prepare of Knowrr cubes 1 packet.
- It’s of 2 tbsp Garlic paste.

- Take of 1 tbsp Chinees Salt.

- Prepare of 500 gm Chicken boneless in Cubic Cutting.
- Make ready of 2,2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste.
- Prepare of 1 tsp Black pepper powder.
- You need of 1 tsp Red chilli piwder.
- It’s of 1.5 tbsp Venigar.
- It’s of 1.5 tbsp Soy Sauce.
- It’s of 6-7 tbsp Tomato ketchup.
- Take of Salt as per taste.
- Take of 2 tbsp Corn Flour.
- It’s of 1 tbsp Maida.
- Prepare of 1 tbsp Lemon juice.
- It’s of 1 Egg.
- You need of 2 tbsp Cooking oil.
- Take of 5 gm Green chilli chopped.
- Make ready of 5 gm Green onion.
- Take of 1.5 tbsp Sugar.
- You need of 1/2 cup Chicken Stock.

- Vegetable Egg Fried Rice
Procedure:
Egg me thora sa Salt aur black pepper powder dal ke beat karen phir ik pan me 4-5 tbsp oil dal ke usme egg dal ke pakayen then minced it.
3 onion, tomato,green chilli,Sabut lehson 3,4 ko grind kar lein
Ik badi pateeli me oil dal ke 3 chopped onion golden brown karen phir isme grind tomato, onion, green chilli and lehson dal ke thora bhunain.
Add black pepper, dar cheeni,long,zeera,lehson paste..phir thora bhunain..
- Add red chilli powder, soya sauce, sirka, coconut powder, chineese salt, salt,knowr cubes..phir thora bhunain…
- Add carrot..
jab gajar narm ho jaye to uppar se egg minced daal ke phela dein aur pateeli dhak dein flame off kar dein.
Ik dusre pateelay me rice boil karen. pani me salt and 1 tbsp sirka dal lein.rice ko thora sakht rakhen ta ke baad me ye dam pe masalay ke sath pake.
Rice boil ho jaye to masale wale pateelay me dal ke mix kar ke dam pe 15 min rakh dein…
- After dam.dish out kar lein.
- Chicken Manchurian:
Method:
In a bowl, add chicken, salt, corn flour (1 tbsp), maida, lemon juice, Garlic Paste (1 tsp), Ginger Paste (1 tsp), Black Pepper Powder, Red Chilli Powder, egg and mix it well..
- Keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.In a cooking pan, add cooking oil (as needed), marinated chicken and deep fry until light brown.
In another cooking pan, add cooking oil, Ginger Paste (1 tsp), Garlic (chopped), fried chicken, salt, green chilli, Soy Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, sugar, Vinager chicken stock and cook.
- After cook for 2-3 minutes.
Next, add corn flour (1 tbsp) mixed with water (3 tbsp)..
- Serve with egg fried rice. your chicken manchuriyan is ready…
