  2. It’s of Water leave.
  3. Prepare of Palm oil.
  4. Make ready of Beef or any other protein of your choice.
  5. Take of Pomo,dried fish,stock fish,pepper, onion.
  6. Prepare of Crayfish, seasoning cubes, salt.
  7. It’s of Isam/periwinkle is optional.

  1. Wash,drain and slice water leave.
  2. Grind/pound the okazi.
  3. Boil the beef and Pomo with salt, seasoning cubes,diced Onion with a little quantity of water as water leaves contain water.
  4. When meat is done,add dry fish and cook for another 5minutes.
  5. Add Palm oil, crayfish and pepper and allow to boil.
  6. When the mixture starts boiling,add the okazi,water leaves and periwinkle.
  7. When the okazi leaves have softened and the water has dried up a bit,add salt to taste and allow to simmer for about 5minutes.
  8. Serve with pounded yam,fufu semo etc.
