  2. Take 2 of onion finely chopped.
  3. Take 2 tablespoons of grated ginger and garlic.
  4. Take 3/4 of Aamsol or kokum.
  5. It’s 2 tablespoons of Oil.
  6. It’s to taste of Salt.
  7. Prepare 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
  8. You need 2 tablespoons of chilli powder.
  9. Prepare 1 teaspoon of corinder powder.
  10. Make ready 1 tablespoon of fish or garam masala.
  11. Take 1 tbsp of Corinder leaves for garnishing.

  1. Marinate the fish after washing it properly with turmeric powder,chilli powder and salt as given in the ingredients for one hour.
  2. In a pan heat Two tablespoons of oil and add very finely chopped onions,grated ginger and garlic And two green chilles..Add very little water and cook.
  3. Add the marinated fish pieces..Now add corinder powder and fish masala one tablespoon.
  4. Add kokum around 2/3 pieces and wen the fish is cooked..garnish with corinder leaves.
