- Prepare 1 of peach half, from a can (in juice not syrup).
- Take 2 tbsp of butter, unsalted.
- Make ready 50 grams of almond flour/ ground almonds.
- You need 1/4 tsp of baking powder.
- Take 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon.
- It’s 3 tbsp of Canderel or Splenda.
- You need 1 of egg.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of juice from the can of peaches.
Peach and Cinnamon Microwave Cake (LCHF) instructions
- Chop peach half in small pieces and set aside.
- Put butter in an individual serving sized microwaveable dish, cover with baking paper and melt in the microwave ( about 30 seconds).
- Discard the baking paper, add all the other ingredients (except the peach), mix well until thoroughly combined.
- Stir in the peach pieces.
- Cover dish with plastic wrap, make a few holes in it, then microwave for 1 and a half minutes.
- Serve warm with thick cream..
