  1. Prepare 2 tbsp of oats (powdered).
  2. It’s 1 of sapota/ mud apple / chikoo (puree).
  3. Take 1 tbsp of all purpose flour/ wheat flour.
  4. Take 1,1/2 tbsp of sugar or as per taste.
  5. You need 1/4 tsp of baking powder.
  6. Take pinch of baking soda.
  7. It’s 1 tbsp of curd/milk.
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp of oil.
  9. Make ready to taste of milk.
  10. Make ready as needed of few drops of vanilla essence.
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp of chocolate chips (optional).

  1. First dry roast the oats for few minutes on low to medium heat.let it cool a bit and then grind into a powder..
  2. Peel sapota/chikoo and remove seeds and blend it to make puree..
  3. Now in a mug add all dry ingredients and mix well..
  4. Now add all wet ingredients and mix well..
  5. Add chocolate chips.mix well again and keep in microwave for 3 mins.(in micro mode).
  6. Oats sapota mug cake is ready.garnish with chocolate syrup and chocolate chips..
