Red Velvet and chocolate cake step by step

  1. For the red velvet.
  2. Mix sugar,oil and butter untill fluffy,put egg and mix again.
  3. In a separate bowl, seive the flour and mix with the cocoa powder,add the baking powder and baking soda to the flour,.
  4. Dilute the colour into the butter milk and keep aside.
  5. Then add part of the flour mixture to the butter mixture, then add part of the butter milk too gradually untill done.
  6. Let the flavour be the last ingredient you add.
  7. Pre heat oven, put the mixture in a ten inch pan and bake..

  9. Mix all the wet ingredients separately and whisk untill fluffy.
