- Pound Garlic + black pepper corn + coriander root together β’ slice pork into pieces as shown and cut pork fat into small pieces β’ Mix Marinate sauce with soy sauce + fish sauce + oyster sauce + palm sugar + oil + tapioca flour + baking soda + evaporated milk + salt + garlic,pepper,coriander root + Pork meat + Pork fat and leave at least 6 hours However best is over night.
