  1. Take 2 cups of sifted plain flour.
  2. Take 3 tsp of baking powder.
  3. Take 2 cups of sugar.

  7. Make ready 1 tsp of vanilla essence.
  8. Take 120 ml of oil.
  9. It’s 1 cup of boiled hot water.

  11. Take 1 tsp of baking soda.

Microwave Ferrero Rocher Cake step by step

  1. Sift the dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, cocoa powder - together and lightly mix through. In a separate dish beat the eggs with the oil and vanilla. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and pour the egg mixture, lightly mix through.
  2. Add the hot water and mix through. Grease and line 2 microwaveable round dishes with baking paper. Halve the batter and pour it in the prepared dishes. Place it one at a time in the microwave on the edge of the glass plate for even baking and let it bake for 7/8 mins depending on your watts of a microwave. Insert a toothpick in the centre to check if it's Done. Let the cakes cool for 5 mins, take it out of the dishes and place on flat plates to cool. Place in the freezer to harden.MAKES 2 LAYERS.

  4. Spread little of the ganache on 1 cake layer, add the next layer ontop. Spread the ganache on the top and sides, add the nuts around the cake, sprinkle some ontop and add the Ferrero chocolates for deco. Enjoy.
