  3. Ab piyaz main mirch haldi garam masala sabit kuta daniya namak dal dein Piyaz ko dark brown nahi karna piyaz halki brown ho phir tamatar bhi dal dein aur thori dair pakne dein jab tamatar gal jaein toh us main lobia allu dal k half cup pani dal k dak dein.
  4. Allu jab halke say gal jaein toh us main 10 glass pani aur half cup surka dal dein ab ap namak zaroor check kijiye ga agar thora es ka pani halka namken lage toh phir sahi hy aur anch ab taiz kar dein.
