  2. You need 2 cups of old fashioned rolled oats.
  3. Prepare 3/4 cup of nuts of choice (walnuts, almonds, pecans, etc.).
  4. It’s 2 tbsp. of seeds of choice (pumpkin, sunflower, etc.).
  5. It’s 3 tbsp. of pure maple syrup.
  6. Make ready 1 tsp. of ground cinnamon.
  7. You need Pinch of salt.
  8. Prepare 1/4 cup of chopped dried fruit of choice (optional).
  9. Prepare 1/4 cup of shredded coconut (optional).
