- Set the oven to 180 degrees. Fill two medium sized pans with water heat one up to a simmer and leave the other one as cold water. Cut the ends off the asparagus..
- These are very fine asparagus so they don’t need much blanching. Once the pan has come to the simmer throw in the Asparagus for 2 minutes, then lift out and plunge into the cold water, so they don’t over cook..
