1. Put the ◎ ingredients into a microwaveable plastic Tupperware container, put the lid on and shake it up and down..
2. Add the ingredients marked ☆ and mix well..
3. Put the lid on and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes..
4. Check there are no uncooked parts and there you have it, a fluffy cake, done in no time..
