  2. For dough mix all the dough ingredients and knead a soft dough.
  3. Now mix all the spices in chicken mince and mix well.
  4. Heat karahi or tawa by apply half spoon of olive oil Now take a handful of qeema mixture and set on seekh,and cook from both side 2 mins each,give coal smoke and set aside.
  5. Now for paratha make small balls from dough and make parathas.
