- Mede ko chan ke us main ghee aur namak add kar ke mix karen phir ahiste ahiste pani dal ke naram sa aata gondh ke 30 mins ke liye rakh dein.
- Ek bowl main zeera powder kuta daniya haldi laal mirch powder sonf powder garam masala aur namak add kar ke mix kar lein.
- Ab ek karahi main 6 tbp oil dal ke garam kar lein ab lasan adrak paste add kar ke kuch seconds ke baad mix kiye huay masale add kar lein jo hum nay ek bowl main mix kar ke rakhe thay 3 mins ke liye pakaein.
- Ab besan add karen thora thora kar ke mix karte jaein ab medium flame pe besan ko pakate rahein aur itna pakaein ke besan ki khushbo aane lage.
