Cook it for 2 min and add sliced onion in it. Cook it for 5 min and add 2 diced capsicum in it. Cook it for 10 min on medium flame till it softens. Now add 1/2 teaspoon salt and chilli powder, 2 teaspoon soya sauce, 1 teaspoon chilli sauce, 2 teaspoon tomato ketchup and 1 teaspoon sugar in it. Cook it for 2 min..
  5. Add 1 cup water and cook it for 2 min. Add cornflour syrup in it and cook it till it thickens into gravy. Switch off the flame and keep it aside..
  6. For paneer canopies; take paneer and cut it int long slices of equal proportion. Take a bowl and add 2 teaspoon tomato ketchup 1 teaspoon chilli flakes 1 teaspoon oregano and 1/2 teaspoon salt in it. Mix it properly and apply it on one side of paneer. Top up with another slice of paneer. Toss it on grill pan for 2 min to have grilly effect on paneer canopies..
