1. Prepare 1 tbsp of vegetable oil.
2. It’s 1 tbsp of milk.
3. It’s 1 of ripe banana (mashed).
4. It’s 3 tbsp of flour.
5. Take 2 tbsp of sugar.
6. Prepare 1/4 tsp of baking powder.
7. Take 1/4 tsp of cinnamon (optional).

1. Pour oil and milk into mug.
2. Mash banana with fork and stir into oil and milk.
3. Add flour,sugar,baking powder and cinnamon and mix all ingredients to make a smooth paste.
4. Pop in microwave for 5 mins.
