- Take of maida / all-purpose flour.
- Prepare of besan/gram flour.
- Prepare of salt.
- It’s of ajwain/carom seeds.
- It’s of ghee.
- Make ready of Masala.
- You need of coconut powder.
- You need of white til(sesame seeds).
- You need of khuskhus/poppy seeds.
- You need of garam masala.
- You need of Saunf/fennel seeds.
- Make ready of daniya(coriander) powder.
- You need of Jeera/Cumin seeds.
- Prepare of red chilli powder.
- Take of haldi (Turmeric)powder.
- Take of salt.
- You need of sugar.
- Make ready of Mithi(sweet) chutney.
Mini Bhakarwadi instructions
- Add maida, besan,salt, Ajwain and ghee and make a soft dough with the help of water. And keep aside for 20mins..
- Meanwhile, Take a grinder, pour all the masala ingredients in it and grind it proper. Keep this masala aside..
- Now take a dough, roll it with help of rolling pin (belan). And make thin chapati..
- Divide the chapati dough into two equal parts..
- Now take Mithi chutney, apply it on chapati dough evenly..
- Then on chutney, apply dry masala evenly. And roll it tightly by applying water on sides..
- Now cut the bhakarwadi into small equal pieces. And keep it aside for 10mins..
- After 10mins, Take oil and heat the oil. Pour bhakarwadi into the oil. Now fry bhakarwadi on medium flame..
- Take out the bhakarwadi…and serve..
- You can keep it for a month..
