  3. Take 1 tsp of Brown Sugar.
  4. Take 1/2 tsp of Balsamic Vinegar.
  5. Make ready 1 tsp of plain flour.
  6. It’s 1 cup of Breadcrumbs.
  7. Make ready 1 pinch of Salt.
  8. It’s 1/2 tsp of Black Pepper.
  9. Take 2 of Egg Whites.
  10. You need 2 tsp of Golden Linseed for a crunchy coating (optional).

  1. Add the soya sauce to the bowl.
  2. Add the brown sugar and mix.
  3. Add the balsamic vinegar and mix again.
  4. Add the flour and mix, then add the chicken and toss until all chicken is covered. Let it marinate for 1 hr.
  5. Turn oven on after the marinated time to heat up - 170°C/gas 6.
  6. Add the egg whites to a bowl, add the breadcrumbs in a larger bowl and add the linseed if using them into the breadcrumbs and mix.
  7. Add the salt and pepper to the breadcrumbs also and mix.
  8. Dip the chicken strip into the egg white and cover all over, next dip it into the breadcrumbs mix and cover, repeat these until they are all done.
