Ingredients of Savoury samp
Make ready 500 g of samp.
Prepare 2 tsp of turmeric.
Prepare 2 tsp of salt.
You need of Half-diced green pepper.
Prepare 1 of carrots grated.
It’s 100 g of butter.

Savoury samp instructions
Add hot water to samp and allow to sit for 30 minutes before cooking.
On medium to high heat add samp to a pot and fill water halfway through, add the 2 tsp salt and 2tsp of turmeric allow to cook for another 30 minutes or so or until tender.
Once cooked, add the grated carrots, diced green pepper and butter allow to cook for a 5 minutes and ready to serve…
Served mine with some offals and few vegetables.
