Ingredients of Paneer Hyderabadi
- Take 200 gms of Paneer-.
- Make ready 2 of Onions- medium.
- It’s 1 inch of Ginger-.
- It’s 6-7 pods of Garlic.
- Prepare 2 of Tomatoes- medium.
- Prepare 1 cup of Spinach leaves.
- It’s 1/2 cup of Coriander leaves.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Dahi.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Cream.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Haldi.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- Take 1/2 tsp of Coriander powder.
- Take 1/2 tsp of Cumin powder.
- Take 1/2 tsp of Garam masala.
- Take 3 of Clove.
- You need 3 of Green cardamom.
- Take 1 inch of Cinnamon.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Cumin.
- You need 1 of Green chilli.
- It’s 1/4 tsp of Sugar.
- You need 2, 1/2 tbsp of Oil.
Paneer Hyderabadi step by step
- Soak clean and chop spinach and coriander leaves.
- Clean and peel onion, ginger and garlic.
- Clean and cube tomatoes.
- Beat Dahi up to smooth.
- Heat oil in a Kadai. In that add onions and saute.
- When onion is golden, add tomato, ginger and garlic and saute up to mushy.
- Then add chopped spinach and coriander leaves and saute up to dry.
- Let it cool down and make a smooth paste.
- In the same pan heat oil, add chopped green chilli to it and also add the grounded paste.
- Saute the masala up to dry.
- Now add all the spices to it except garam masala.
- Now add smoothed Dahi and saute.
- Then add cream and mix.
- Cut paneer in cubes.
- Add the paneer cubes to the gravy, also add garam masala.
- Cover and cook for mins. Serve hot with paratha or biryani.
