Ingredients of Bread Dahi Bhalla/vada

  1. Prepare 5-8 of white bread slices.
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of milk.
  3. Make ready 1 of small chopped onion.
  4. It’s 1 cup of whisked curd.
  5. It’s 2 tbs of tamarind chutney.
  6. Take 2 tbs of green chutney.
  7. Make ready of Salt as per taste.
  8. Take 1/4 teaspoon of chilli powder.
  9. It’s as needed of Chopped coriander.
  10. It’s 5-8 of coarsely crush cashew nuts.
  11. You need 5-8 of chopped raisins.
  12. It’s 1/2 teaspoon of jeera powder.
  13. You need to taste of Chopped green chilli.
  14. Take 1/2 tsp of Chopped ginger.
  15. You need 1/4 cup of Pomegranate.

Bread Dahi Bhalla/vada instructions

  1. First of all take bowl. Add milk and soak bread slice in milk. Keep aside.. To make stuffing,combine onion, cashew nuts, raisins, ginger, coriander.Mix it well and stuffing is ready..
  2. Mash the bread slices and make a dough. Take some portion from Dough, make it round shape with little flatness and make a cavity in centre. Fill the stuffing and seal it gently. Repeat the same process for other shape and keep aside..
  3. Take a kadai, add oil. When oil is Hot, put vada one by one in oil. Deep fry it on medium flame till vada gets golden brown. Then take it out from kadai and put on absorbent paper..
  4. Take a bowl…add curd, vada, green chutney, tamarind Chutney, sprinkle onion, green chilli, little salt, cumin powder, red chilli powder. Garnish with coriander & pomegranate. Bread dahi bhalla/vada chaat is ready.. Immediate serving is mandatory to have best taste…Enjoy…!.
