Ingredients of Halloumi Courgette Salad

  1. It’s 500 g of Halloumi Cheese.
  2. Prepare 4 of eggs.

  11. Prepare 200 g of Pumpkin / sunflower seeds (soaked overnight).

Halloumi Courgette Salad step by step

  1. Grate Zucchinh and halloumi into mixing bowl.

  8. Assemble the salad; Qunioa - Rocket - Roasted Tomato - Basil Cottage Cheese - Roasted Seeds - Zucchini Fritters.
  9. Drizzle a dash ofolive oil and lime juice to servre.
