Here is the best “Trifle Pudding” recipe we have found so far. This is gonna really delicious.
Ingredients of Trifle Pudding
- Prepare 500 ml of Milk.
- It’s 3 tsp of Custard Powder.
- It’s 3 tbsp of Sugar.
- It’s 4-5 slices of any sponge/pastry cake (I have used chocolate cake).
- Make ready 1 cup of Fresh fruits (apple,Banana,green & black grapes,orange).
- Prepare 2 tbsp of chopped Candied cherries.
Trifle Pudding instructions
- Take some lukewarm milk in a small bowl. Add the custard powder and mix well without any lumps..
- Take a pan and bring the milk to boil. Add the sugar and let the sugar dissolve completely..
- Now reduce the heat and add the custard powder milk mixture and stir continously so it doesn't form any lumps. Cook for 2-3 mins stirring continuously on low-medium heat..
- Take off the heat, let it cool down for sometime in room temperature and then keep in the refrigerator for sometime to cool down completely..
- Now for layering, in a serving bowl/glass whichever you are using, start by putting the cake first, followed by fruits layer, custard and candied Cherries..
- Repeat the layerings again. Refrigerate for atleast 2-3 hours to serve it cold..
