  2. Take 1 of Kosher Salt.

  6. Prepare 3 clove of Garlic, chopped.
  7. You need 2 tbsp of EVOO.

  9. Prepare 1 cup of Fresh Mozzarella, shredded or sliced.

  1. Clean and wash the vegetables well. Cut the zucchini, eggplant (put in separate bowl) and tomatoes into small pieces..
