- Make ready 1 block of Firm tofu.
- Make ready 1/2 medium of Onion.
- Prepare 1 of thumbtip's worth Ginger.
- Make ready 3 tbsp of Light brown sugar.
- Take 1 tbsp of Sake.
- Make ready 3 tbsp of Soy sauce.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of Frozen corn.
- You need 1 small of can Canned tuna (oil packed).

- Slice the onions into wedges..
- Cut the tofu in large bite-size pieces..
- Put the canned tuna along with the oil in a preheated frying pan..
- Add the onions, and sauté until soft..
- Once they are soft, add the tofu, sake and sugar..
- When the tofu starts to release its moistuer, add the soy sauce, corn, and ginger..
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, and you're finished!.
- For those who like corn, you can add more to taste..
