Doughnut croquettes instructions

  1. Cut mozzarella cheese as a small circular ring..
  2. In a bowl add potato, paneer, bread crumbs, salt, black pepper, mixed herbs, chilli flakes and mix it well..
  3. Now take a small portion of mixture and stuff mozzarella cheese ring in it and make it of doughnut shape..
  4. Then dip it in slurry and coat with bread crumbs properly. Fry it on medium flame till it turns golden brown in colour..
  5. To make slurry add all ingredients and mix. Then add sufficient water to make slurry..
