Ingredients of Desi murgh pulao

  1. You need 700 g of Desi chicken.
  2. Prepare 500 g of rice.
  3. Make ready 250 g of yoghurt.
  4. Take of Ingredients for yakhni.

Desi murgh pulao step by step

  1. Wash the chicken and put it into a wessel put all yakni ingredient into it.
  2. Take a pice of cloth and put coriander and funnel seed into it and make a potli and put it into wessel and make yakhni cook until done.
  3. Now put an other wessel on flame add ghee and fry the onion until pinkish in colour then put it into another bowl along with ghee.
  4. Now drain all yakhni and separate the chicken and mash all yakhni masala and add into yakhni put out the potli.
  5. Now add ghee from fried onion bowl and add ginger garlic paste garam masala powder and yoghurt and cook.
  6. Now add chicken and fry untill ghee looks separate.
  7. Now add some more ghee from fried onion bowl add some whole garam masala and beyleaf when it crackled add yakhni and cook until boil.
  8. Now put chicken and soake rice(soak for 1/2an hour) balance the salt acording to taste.
  9. Now cover and cook until water evaporate then put fried onion zarda colour+water and hot milk and put it on dum for 15 minutes.
  10. When ricebis done serve with mint raita.
