Ingredients of Indonesian-Mie Goreng

  10. Take 2-3 of Garlic cloves-cut sliced.
  11. It’s 3-4 of Fresh whole Red chillies.
  12. You need 1 teaspoon of Black pepper powder.
  13. Prepare 2 of tbspoon oil.
  14. Take 1 packet of Hakka Noodles.
  15. Take to taste of Salt according.

  19. You need 4-5 of Garlic cloves.
  20. Make ready 7-8 of Fresh whole Red chillies.

Indonesian-Mie Goreng step by step

  1. First take pan boil water and add noodles,Boil noodles till done but not v soft,sieve it and add 1 tablespoon oil and keep it aside..
  2. Put oil in a pan and add sliced onions then stir it for sometime then add sliced Garlic and then all sliced veggies,stir it properly n add salt n pepper powder and chilly sauce(sambhal)then add boiled noodles and sweet sauce and add spring onions and serve it..
  3. Sambhal:put oil in pan and add onions cut into big pieces and add tomatoes,garlic n Red whole chillies,all cut into big pieces,add sum salt n sugar and stir it nicely till tomato water dries,then keep it aside for sometime.once cold then blend all together..
