Prepare 500 gram of Chicken Boneless, chopped into small pieces.
You need 1 tbsp of Ginger paste.
Take 1 tbsp of garlic paste 1/2 tbsp turmeric 2 tbsp chilli powder.
It’s 1/2 tbsp of Methi dana (fenugreek seeds) 2 Red chillies.
Take 2 of green chillis cut into slices.
Add tomatoes and green chili,mix it.Now add ginger julienne,salt,lemon juice and mix it.Now shift fried chicken on tawa,stir it.Tawa chicken is a delicious marinated and roasted chicken.

Take some oil on a tawa..
Add methi dana (fenugreek seeds) and 2 red chillis and fry well..
Add chopped onion and saute it..
Add the tomatoes, saute,.
Ginger- garlic paste, turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala powder and sauté..
Then add chicken,.
Add lemon juice.
And let the chicken cook..
After chicken is cooked, chopped coriander leaves and whole green chillis..
Cook for only 2 minutes..
Chicken tawa is ready to be served.
Serve with chapati,naan ect.
