  1. Take 2 cups of Mix Pulses.
  2. Take 1 of medium size onion finely chopped.
  3. Make ready 1 of tomato finely chopped.
  4. Make ready 5-6 of curry leaves.
  5. Take 1/2 tsp of cumin powder.
  6. It’s 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
  7. You need 1 tsp of Garam masala.
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves.
  9. It’s 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds.
  10. It’s 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
  11. Prepare 2 tsp of Ginger-Garlic paste.

  13. You need 2 tbsp of cooking oil.
  14. Make ready 2 tsp of Ghee.
  15. You need 1 pinch of asafoetida.

  1. In a plate take the all mix pulses here I took, peanuts, dry green peas, pigeon peas, black beans, whole green Grams, Chickpeas, moth dal, white lobias.clean and wash thoroughly..
  2. Then soak to adding enough water in a large bowl. keep it overnight..
  3. Next day drain the water completely and tightly tie in muslin(cotton) cloth now put in airtight container at room temperature..
  4. Leave them for 2 days after 2 days open and see that's all pulse's sprouted. wash 2-3 times and drain well..
  5. In the pan heat the ghee and roast on low flame for 2-4 mins. and keep aside..
  6. Next heat the oil add mustard and cumin seeds, pinch of hing and Curry leaves allow to splutter them..
  7. Add ginger garlic paste saute well, then add finely chopped onion stir well till they turn translucent..
  8. Additionally, add finely chopped tomato saute until they become soft and mushy..
  9. Now add all masala spices are Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin and coriander powder, garam masala and salt according to taste. saute until aromatic..
  10. Further, add roasted mix Sprouts into it. Stir well together on low flame..
  11. Lastly, add chopped coriander leaves mix well And serve hot topping with ghee. This Curry is healthy side dish for roti, rice etc..
