  15. You need 1/4 tsp of Cayenne pepper.
  16. Take 1 tbs of pepper.
  17. Prepare 1 tbs of salt.
  18. It’s 1 tbs of creole seasoning.
  19. Make ready 1 tbs of slap ya mama seasoning.
  20. You need 2 tsp of garlic powder.
  21. Prepare 1/4 tsp of cinnamon.
  22. You need 1/4 cup of corn starch slurry.

Chili step by step

  1. Cook ground Turkey until done keeping it chunky, add to crock pot when done..
  2. Cut vegetables (bell pepper/onion) and add to crock pot..
  3. Cut and brown sausage in same pan as turkey, add to crockpot when done.
  4. Add all canned ingredients to crockpot with 1 cup of broth, mix well..
  5. Add all seasonings, mix well..
  6. Cover crock pot with lid and set on high for 2 hours. Add remaining broth after 2 hours..
  7. Let simmer on high for an additional hour, stir. Then adjust temperature to low for an additional 2 hours..
  8. Add corn starch slurry to thicken chili. Use a little at a time. "Eyeball".
  9. Serve hot topped with cheese and Greek yogurt or sour cream and sliced green onions..
